COVOS collects information you provide directly — including name, email address, company name, and usage details when you request a demo or create an account. We also collect standard usage data automatically: pages visited, features used, and session metadata for the purpose of improving the platform.

We use your information to operate and improve the COVOS platform, communicate with you about your account or demo request, and send relevant updates about the product. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Data Storage

Your data is stored in isolated, encrypted databases. Each tenant's operational data is stored in a separate database with no cross-tenant access. We use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.

Third-Party Services

COVOS uses a small number of third-party services to operate: Neon for database hosting, Vercel for application hosting, and Resend for transactional email. Each operates under their own privacy terms. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking services.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@covos.app. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active users via email. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
